The Habitat is designed to be buried underground in a crater, along with the Moon Base Complex design.

This habitat will rotate continually, with a unique method of personnel entering the Habitat from the outside, to the interior space.

The Moon Base Complex has a unique Advanced Spacecraft Launching Technique and Apparatus. Also, a landing/launching platform, growing domes, and elevator access.
